Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased. The allegation against the petitioner is of done to death his wife by hanging. The prosecution case as found in course of investigation supports the allegation.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances and the grievous nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant
