JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the respondent authorities to issue arms license inasmuch as the petitioner has applied for the same before the District Magistrate, Patna on 18.07.2018 and the same is still pending. Having regard to the short prayer of the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the pending case of the petitioner for grant of arms license, if any, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
