The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 139 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72453 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/3 2018 dated 28.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 341, 323, 353, 332, 504, 506, 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners who have been named in the F.I.R are alleged to have stormed the Office of the Assistant Electrical Engineer along with others in protest against some project not having been completed by the Officers of the Electricity Department.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners and some of the petitioners in the present petition are very old. Considering the aforesaid facts viz. no specific accusation against anyone of the petitioners and they being persons of clean antecedents, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-
