The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 317 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The petitioner is in jail custody since 12.09.2019. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is recovery of country made liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the said motorcycle is not belonged to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, which is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the
