None appeared on behalf of the State. Twelve petitioners who are named in the F.I.R. apprehending their arrest in connection with Siswan (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 188, 427, 323, 435, 379, 295 (A) , 296, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 have prayed for grant of bail in the event
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72062 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 of their arrest or surrender.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that without any overt act the petitioners have been arrayed as accused being residents of the area where occurrence regarding obstruction of procession of a particular community was done and some occurrence had taken place.
Considering the fact that all the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and seriousness of accusation, there is no reason to pass favourable order.
The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
