This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner in Complaint Case No. 1120 of 2016, registered under Sections 420, 465 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner fraudulently got executed a registered sale deed in respect of a piece of land by the complainant.
Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has contended that it was primarily a civil dispute. Be that as it may, considering the nature of allegation, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73077 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Complaint Case No. 1120 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
