The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is matrimonial dispute between the informant and the daughter of the petitioner, which is evident from Annexure-2 and on account of that this petitioner has falsely been

The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 04.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019.
