Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that liquor in question was seized from the Dalan of the co-accused. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and co-accused Sunil Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc.
