2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 1456 of 2022 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 14.10.2022.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 2 to 4, the MJC No. 2582 of 2022 is allowed subject to payment of

Patna High Court MJC No.2582 of 2022(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
