JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case. However, the investigating agency claimed that Rs. Two thousand was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and so far as the recovered amount is concerned, the same belongs to the petitioner.
