JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 The present petition has been filed for correcting the thana number typed in the order dated 28.11.2022, passed in CWJC No. 1366 of 2022, which should be 341 and not 337. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, wrong thana number was mentioned in the writ petition, however, after realizing the mistake, the present petition has been filed, depicting the correct thana number, hence necessary correction be directed to be made. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I

Patna High Court MJC No.2583 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 deem it fit and proper to direct that as far as the order dated 28.11.2022 is concerned, the thana number shall be deemed to be read as 341.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 28.11.2022, passed in CWJC No. 1366 of 2022.
