Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 464(A), 466, 452, 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present complaint case has been lodged after two months of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66296 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018.
