1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 & 3 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 26, Patna vide order dated 21.09.2022 passed in A.B.P. No.5906 of 2022.
3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur)
