The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No. 472 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have received injuries. He further submits that in this case, earlier, after investigation final form was submitted by the police. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.07.2019.

Case No. 128 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No. 472 of 2019).
