2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased. Both were married 14 years ago and out of the wedlock, four sons & one daughter were born. The deceased died in her Maika. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.02.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Considering the fact that deceased died in her Maike and the fact that petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2025, having clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
