2 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar PS Case No 351 of 2022 dated 15.05.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC. 3 From perusal of the First Information Report, it is apparent that the petitioner is named in the FIR registered against six persons.

4 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Investigating Officer found no direct evidence against the petitioner. There is only hearsay evidence against the petitioner. There is case and counter case, as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the post mortem report, cause of death is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80155 of 2023(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 asphyxia due to hanging.

5 Considering all the circumstances and material available on record, two lady accused persons, namely, Mamta Devi @ Amta Devi and Shobha Devi have been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr Misc No 75974 of 2023 and Cr Misc No 5949 of 2023 respectively. In my view, petitioner is also entitled for bail.

6 Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7 Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar PS Case No 351 of 2022.
