The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.231 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that there is case and counter case and co-accused Chandan Mishra against whom there is more serious allegation has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.74174 of 2019, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
