2. Following reliefs are sought for in the present writ application:
"i. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to get the PCC road constructed in terms of Tender Notice No. 13, year 2022-23 and to complete the road construction work at the earliest possible.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18082 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 ii. For issuance of any other appropriate writ(s) or order(s) or direction(s) which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. Upon perusal of records, it appears that the petitioner has already made a representation (Annexure-P/4) before Respondent No.2, the Collector, Katihar, which is still pending consideration.
4. Accordingly, Respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
