2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.84637 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in Punjab as labour and order of grant of Anticipatory Bail is not communicated to him within the time so he could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner-Mr. Shankar Ram and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78662 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84637 of 2023 is extended by two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
