The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner and the complainant, compliance of the order dated 21.07.2023 are present in the Court.

The petitioner who is present, at the outset, submits that he is willing to revive the conjugal relationship and will keep the complainant with honour and dignity and will ensure her well being and will try not to give her any opportunity for further anger. The complainant who is present also is willing to accompany the petitioner for reviving her conjugal relationship.

No.74179 of 2022(4) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 The petitioner submits that he is willing to take the complainant from the Court premises itself to her matrimonial home, the complainant is willing to accompany him but submits that presently she does not have her cloths with her on which the petitioner submits that presently he will take the complainant to Gaya and from there they will go to Aurangabad i.e., the parental place of the complainant to fetch her belongings and cloths on which the complainant agrees.

The Court expects that the petitioner and the complainant will again rejuvenate and will start living happily. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 124 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
