The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47027 of 2019 vide order dated 24.10.2019. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66996 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019.
