JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 379, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the complainant and no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of

No.76497 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Complaint Case no. 2097© of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
