2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. The recovery is of 1 Kg 30 Grams of Charas and stolen motorcycle. The petitioner has been found to be dealing with the stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2024.

4. Considering the huge recovery of Charas, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected.
