Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

This application seeks modification of the order, so far as the nature of bailor required is concerned, under the bail order dated 30.09.2019 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 55606 of 2019.

It is submitted by petitioners' counsel that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67873 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2020 2/2 petitioners belong to "Nat" community. No close relative is available with sufficient surety in their community. Prayer is that the nature of the bailor may be modified so that petitioners may be able to avail the benefit of bail granted to them under order dated 30.09.2019 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 55606 of 2019.

The learned APP for the State has appeared and made submission that the petitioners would be required to furnish reliable sureties.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, order dated 30.09.2019 stands modified to the extent that the local bailor may be allowed to stand as sureties for the petitioners in place of close relatives.

Order dated 30.09.2019 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 55606 of 2019 stands modified to this extent. This application stands disposed of.
