JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1571C of 2009 registered under Sections 323,498A and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of subjecting his wife to cruelty and harassment with respect to demand of dowry. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that statement of the complainant itself shows that her husband was mentally sick and as such whole allegation appears to be false and concocted.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1222 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1571C of 2009; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a further condition that he shall co-operate in disposal of the trial otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
