It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently, in the address portion of the order dated 02.09.2022, the District name has wrongly been typed as Muzaffarpur instead of Sitamarhi. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the address portion of the petition. The petitioner is also directed to deposit Rs. 5000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Sitamarhi.

In view of the above, let the District name of the address portion of the order dated 02.09.2022 be read as Sitamarhi instead of Muzaffarpur.

The period of surrender is also extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 02.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30292 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
