1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of 'Certiorari' for setting aside the order dated 12.07.2023 passed by the Principal Secretary, Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna whereby and whereunder the representation of the petitioner filed pursuant to liberty granted by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 01.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 10849/ 2022 to declare the petitioner as actual owner of the Kaushal Vikash Kendra No.KYP06060054, Karakat, Rohtas in place of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17397 of 2023(3) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 M/S Ramjee Society in view of the policy decision of the State Government for registering the name of the person actually running the centre on Franchise mode has been rejected without looking into the documents in a casual and mechanical manner.

(ii) For that after setting aside the order dated 12.07.2023 to declare the petitioner as the actual owner of the Kaushal Vikash Kendra no. KYP06060054, Karakat, Rohtas in place of M/S Ramjee Society in view of the policy decision of the Govt. to regularise the name of actual person running the centre on franchisee mode as the petitioner has been running the aforesaid centre as an Infrastructure Associate of Ramjee Society and running the centre since 2017 and further to grant consequential benefits thereof in the facts and circumstances of the matter."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
