2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 17.06.2024 at about 02:40 P.M. at Sisma bridge, five unknown miscreants on two motorcycles overtook the motorcycle of the informant and on the point of pistol snatched away bag containing Rs.5,37,641/- and ran away towards Ramgarh Chowk.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of investigation, from CCTV footage the informant identified the miscreants. The petitioners was also identified by him. Learned

No.79073 of 2024(4) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 counsel further submits that nothing has been recovered from his possession and co-accused Vimlesh Kumar having similar nature of allegation has been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. Case No. 71029 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. He submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned J.M. 1st, Lakhisarai in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No.85 of 2024.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
