JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Agiaon Bazar P. S. Case No. 81 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 457, 380, 34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. some miscreants entered into the house of the informant and taken away cash of Rs.1,14,00/- and 15 silver coin. Petitioner was seeing in fleeing away from the house of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is having a tractor and doing agricultural work on rent and some dues are pending with the informant and when he demanded the same, he has been made accused in this case. He has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.66240 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, as the petitioner is named in the F.I.r., I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, he may surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by order of this Court.
