2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and later on, Section 103(1) of B.N.S. was added.

3. As per F.I.R., there is specific and direct allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted on the head of Subh Narayan Singh with iron rod, as a result of which, in course of treatment, he (injured) died. Besides this, petitioner has got seven criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
