BAJANTHRI) 08-05-2024 The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 08.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 15077 of 2015. The direction is as under:

We dispose of the matter with a direction to the State Government to proceed to take action as indicated and to ensure that the irregularities in distribution of ration card and grant of B.P.L. card are restored and the deserving persons are granted benefits.

2. Today, learned counsel for the respondents have filed show cause alongwith certain documents. Taking note of the

Patna High Court MJC No.4279 of 2019(4) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 aforementioned development, there is some compliance to the order of this Court. It is to be noted that there is no specific direction as to what are the things to be done by the competent authority. Even though Co-ordinate Bench in its order dated 08.11.2017, it is stated that 'action as indicated'. There is no reference to where it has been indicated. Therefore, the present MJC stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with specific relief. Before approaching this Court, he may be permitted to file a detailed representation to the concerned authority.
