2. In compliance of this Court's order dated 08.04.2024, The District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran, Motihari (respondent no. 6) and the Block Education Officer, Block Pharapur, East Champaran, Motihari (respondent no.7) are physically present in the Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the salary of the petitioner has already been paid and only arrears of

4. Considering the fact that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the concerned respondent with regard to the arrears of the salary within two weeks and the concerned respondent is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. The personal appearance of the respondents no. 6 and 7 stands dispensed with.
