JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of disclosure made by apprehended co-accused and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 15.3.2019. Moreover, both the apprehended coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

No.66356 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
