2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhadaur P.S.Case No.53 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 406,409,420 and 34 of IPC.

3. Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3769 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed the second anticipatory bail petition on the ground coaccused person, namely, Rajnandan Mahto @ Raj Nandan Mahto has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.76530 of 2024.

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, has

No.83844 of 2024(3) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that said co-accused person, namely, Rajnandan Mahto @ Raj Nandan Mahto has been granted regular bail by this Court not anticipatory bail by this Court.

6. In view of the aforesaid, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not maintainable and as such it is, accordingly, dismissed.
