====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Laukha (Lalmaniyan OP) P.S. Case No.100 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioners and her Devar are demanding the money which has been sent by her husband from Oman and the informant suggested to say them to talk with her husband by mobile and if he will say to give the money then she would give them. Only on this matter, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons killed the

No.212 of 2019(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Bhagini of the informant and in order to disappear the evidence taking away the dead body to Nepal with the help of co-accused persons but they did not succeed due to alertness of the security guards and then kept the dead body in the field of one Azizur Rahman near a Shisham tree in a sack.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
