2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 506, 427 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner caught hold of the hair of the informant, pushed her on the ground and tried to touch her body and assaulted her too.

4. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and 164 CrPC statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
