KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 This modification application has been filed for modification in the order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50683 of 2018, stating that in the fourth line of the first page 'Excise (Barachatti) P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018' has been typed instead of 'Excise Case No. 239 of 2018' and the same mistake has been committed in the last line of second page.

In view of the above, in the fourth line of first page and in the last line of second page of the order dated 22.11.2018 'Excise Case No. 239 of 2018' shall be read in place of 'Excise (Barachatti) P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018.

The modification application is allowed.
