2. This modification application has been filed for extension of the time period for surrender, as directed vide order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37652 of 2024, whereby anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner with a condition to surrender before the court concerned within four weeks.

3. For the reasons disclosed in the modification application, it is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted further six weeks' time from today to surrender before the court below in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76528 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023 to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna.

5. All the other conditions, as mentioned in order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37652 of 2024, shall remain same.
