The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Madanpur P. S. Case No. 99 of 2017 dated 03.05.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have made fun of the son of the informant. When this was protested by the wife of the informant, the petitioners are alleged to have

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the occurrence arose out of a trifle and the injury suffered by the wife of the informant is simple in nature. Though the opinion with respect to the injury suffered by the son of the informant has been kept reserved, but looking at the nature of injury, it appears that he has also suffered simple injuries.
Considering the background facts and the nature of accusation as also taking into account that the petitioner no. 1 is a young girl whereas petitioners no. 2, 3 and 4 are brothers of petitioner no. 1 who have clean antecedents, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P. S. Case No. 99
