The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, Abhyanand @ Abhay Kumar, Raj Kumar and Munna Kumar and except confession, nothing is on record against the petitioner and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 15.08.2019.

Case No. 116 of 2018.
