After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty that the petitioner will surrender within a period of two weeks from today before the learned Court below and seeks regular bail and the learned Court below shall consider the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same on the same day on its own merit without being prejudice to this order.
