This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail about seven years. Petitioner appears to be in custody since 18.03.2019, near about ten months.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 88 of 1995 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge XIII-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST, Patna, subject to the condition that the petitioner will appear in Court on each and every date and in case of non-appearance on two consecutive dates without any cogent and reasonable ground, the bail bond of the petitioner will be cancelled by the Court below itself.
