Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 156 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29252 of 2022. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74181 of 2022(2) dt.25-02-2023 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 156 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
