Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 380, 457, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. During investigation also, no material has come suggesting complicity of this petitioner in the alleged crime. Petitioner

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S.
