2. The accused-petitioner, named in the F.I.R., is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nehra P.S. Case No. 97 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 318(4) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (in short, the 'B.N.S.').
3. The allegation against the petitioner is to made an attempt of rape upon the informant who is major and married lady.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that admittedly son of the informant was ill and under treatment for which this petitioner extended

It is submitted that when demand for said money, as paid to the informant, was raised, the present false implication was raised. It is further submitted that present FIR was lodged in collusion with the uncle of the informant namely, Baidnath Sahu in a very planned and formulated manner after 40 days of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claimed to be a man of clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of overall nature of accusation where the present FIR was lodged after 40 days without having any just explanation, accordingly, petitioner above-named, who is a man of clean antecedent, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing of bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Darbhanga/concerned court in connection with Nehra P.S. Case No. 97 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down
