JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 It has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in last part of the order this Court observed as follows : "In the said circumstances, the order dated 10.1.2020 stands modified to the extent that last but one paragraph of the said order be read as 'let petitioner be released on provisional bail to the satisfaction of the court below itself till verification of above submission by the court below that amount has been returned to him by issuing notice to the informant and after verification if the submission is found to be true, the provisional bail shall be confirmed, otherwise provisional bail shall be cancelled."

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that amount of sureties has not been mentioned in the order.
