2. Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed as all the payments due to him have been made.

3. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although, in the show cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 3 to 6, the State has taken the stand that the

Patna High Court MJC No.3166 of 2023(5) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 payment has been made, the petitioner is not satisfied with the said stand.

4. As such, the present M.J.C. stands disposed off. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the competent forum, in accordance with law, if any grievance still remains.
