2. As per the office notes, show cause of the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra and the Criminal Antecedent Report of the petitioner has not been received.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

4. This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13285 of 2020 and order dated 19.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4416 of 2024.

5. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 354, 342, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

6. The following order was passed on 19.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 4416 of 2024:-

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 354, 342, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has shot at the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2023 and the medical report also supports the prosecution case.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.

7. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that charges were framed on 04.07.2024 and two witnesses have been examined.

8. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs. State of Rajasthan, 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3539, this application is dismissed.

9. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
