The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for quashing the order dated 14.09.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya, whereby his License No. 31/16 in respect to P.D.S. shop has been cancelled.

The order impugned is appealable under Rule 32(3) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 before the concerned District Magistrate and, as such, this

Patna High Court CWJC No.21024 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2020 2/2 writ application is not maintainable.

Accordingly, this writ petition, filed on behalf of the petitioner, is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance within one month of passing of this order and the same shall be decided in according with law as early as possible.
