JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shamho P.S.Case No. 38 of 2018 registered under Sections 308, 323, 324, 341, 354, 379/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting to the informant and others.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that FIR itself shows that a dispute arose in between the children of both parties and petitioner no. 1 is brother and petitioner no. 2 is nephew.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within

No.1145 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Shamho P.S.
